Purpose
XPressStores Lab is a private dogfood workflow for analyzing and packaging the XPressStores WordPress plugin/software the founder owns. It exists to test whether Modernize Agent AI can inventory, analyze, document, and generate reproducible package plans for old software.
Basic pathway
Create Lab Project → Upload Plugin ZIP or Paste File Tree → Run Inventory Scan → Run WordPress Behavior Scan → Generate Package Blueprint → Export Reproducible Package Plan → Review Modernization Blueprint

Only the founder analyzes software they own or have explicit permission to inspect. The lab does not enable redistribution.
