Admin tool navigation fixed

The admin dashboard was moved into the /admin/ index route and /admin now acts as the parent route for admin tool pages. The horizontal admin menu now uses explicit client-side navigation so tool links update both the URL and the rendered view.

Authentication flow result handling hardened

The account flow now redirects immediately after a successful password sign-in, preserves the intended private-app destination through email confirmation and Google sign-in, and shows a dedicated email-confirmation result page after signup when confirmation is required.

Public impact: Users no longer see the auth page sit idle after submitting credentials or creating an account that requires confirmation.

RebuildReady Output Governance introduced

RebuildReady evidence-based output governance is enforced in private Legacy Code Risk Scan reports. Deliverables are labeled Complete, Provisional, Needs human confirmation, or Cannot be produced. Missing evidence is documented as a gap with its operational consequence and the requirements needed to resolve it.

Public impact: Public documentation now explains how RebuildReady decides which deliverables it can honestly produce and why.
