Early-access status

The platform is being designed around human-reviewed, AI-guided modernization workflows. Nothing on this website should be treated as a finalized service-level agreement, certification claim, or guarantee of regression-free recoding.

Preview scanner disclaimer

• The Legacy Code Risk Scanner is a preview tool that runs static heuristic indicators in your browser.
• It does not execute code, does not store raw source code, and is not a full security audit, compliance review, compiler validation, or guaranteed modernization plan.
• Results are directional signals intended to inform a human review — they are not a guarantee of complete vulnerability detection or modernization success.

No production reliance

The website, the preview scanner, and any early-access tooling are not intended for production reliance. You remain responsible for testing, validating, and reviewing any outputs before applying them to production systems.

Acceptable use

• You must have the rights to submit any code you scan or share with us.
• Do not submit content intended to harm, deceive, or compromise systems.
• Do not submit production secrets or confidential intellectual property into the public preview scanner.

Human review requirement

Generated or suggested outputs, when available in future versions of Modernize Agent AI, require human review before production use. Modernize Agent AI is intended to assist developers — it is not a replacement for human review, testing, or operational responsibility.

Limitation

The website and any preview tooling are provided as-is during early access, without warranties of any kind.
